This is a package of online Sashiko workshop, which are class fee plus materials.

In this 2 hour session, you will stitch together with Yiran to explore the beauty of slow stitching - sashiko.

You will learn the cultural background and history of sashiko in Japan and the practice in modern society. Then you will have four different sashiko patterns to stitch and practice, which including three small pieces (that can make into coaster) and one tote bag.

You don't need to prepare any materials for yourself, all the materials for the workshop will post to your doorstep before the workshop starts. All you need is just a pair of scissors.

Once you purchase, you will receive all the materials through post, which include:

• 1 Sashiko needle

• 1 skein of 30m Sashiko thread

• 3 Sashiko fabric with template

• 1 tote bag/placemat one side with template one side for your own design

You will also receive a link to Zoom meeting to your e-mail address a day before the workshop starts. We send all the material kit with Royal mail 1st class, normally take 2 working days to arrive. Recommend book the workshop date 4 working days in advance to make sure the material will arrive with you on time.
