Yi Crafts Dali Textiles Retreat Tour Terms & Conditions

1. Yi Crafts is not responsible for any consequences of delays or change in schedules of airlines, trains, or public bus used in its programs.

2. Reservations are only guaranteed with full payment made as requested 90 days before the departure tour date.

3. Traveller is responsible for having proper travel documents, such as a valid passport with enough pages which is at least valid for 6 months upon entering the country.

4. Traveller is responsible for having proper and adequate travel insurance for the duration of the trip. The travel insurance should cover emergency evacuation fees, medical expenses, loss or theft of money and/or property, and your insurance should refund you for any pre-booked flights.

5. Deposits £1000 per person are needed and used to secure certain reservations, such as for transportation, hotel allotments or workshop resources will be communicated first.

6. The deposit of £1000 per person for securing your place on the tour is used to make reservations and purchase equipment and facilities for the tour, therefore the deposit amount as stated on the original booking form and itinerary is non-refundable.

7. We reserve the right to cancel any arrangements without notice if payments have not been received by the due date.

8. 90 days before the start of services we will refund 100% of tour costs minus the deposits, less than 90 days before the start of services we will refund 0% of the tour costs.

9. The traveller, and his agent warrant that Yi Crafts and its subsidiaries shall not be responsible and/or liable for costs or missed opportunity due to changes and /or cancellations in the program, or part(s) thereof due to any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party which prevent or impede the due performance of our services including but not limited to war or hostilities; riot or civil commotion; epidemic; earthquake, flood or other natural disasters
