This workshop is at YICRAFTS studio 60 Neasden Ln, London, NW10 2UW.

In this 3 hour session, you will stitch together to create a traditional Golden dragon pouch to celebrate the Dragon boat festival.

During festival celebrations, you will learn the cultural background and history of dragon and chinese embroidery, especially gold thread work. Then you will learn basic embroidery techniques and using materials we provided to create your own dragon. You don't need to prepare any materials for yourself, all the materials for the workshop will be provided.
